最近, 听这首歌比较多, Stratovarius乐队的<<forever>>:

    Stratovarius是一支芬兰乐队, 国内把乐队名字翻译为灵云, 因为一直是习惯于从英文看含义, Stratovarius我以为只是个不认识的单词, 却一直想不到和灵云这个生造词有什么关系.

    Stratovarius的风格, 因为乐队成员的频繁变动, 而多样化, 早期是纯粹的Black Sabbath式的heavy metal, 后期则是有着优美旋律的neo classical metal, 当然, 对于乐迷来说, 一支乐队是什么风格无关紧要, 只要能走入内心就好.

    开始接触Stratovarius的歌曲, 便是这首<<forever>>, 那时是两年前的年末, 听乌鸦电台的春节特别节目, 那期节目上听到乐三首我特别喜欢的歌曲, 比如这首, 比如Smashing Pumpkins乐队的<<Crestfallen>>, 比如Isobel Campbell的<<Amorino>>, 这三首歌曲都不是乐队的代表作, 这首<<forever>>, 更因过于抒情化, 而让人疑惑是否Stratovarius的作品, 因为Stratovarius的歌曲, 是激烈而高亢的, 而且推荐这首歌的那位朋友, 隐然对Stratovarius本身并无多大兴趣, 只是对这首歌却爱不释手, 说出Stratovarius在他看来并不见佳这种意思的话之余, 却又极力推荐这首<<forever>>, 汗~

    这首歌, 很好, 然而这里并不想对自己的感受有所表达, 只是建议, 这首歌适合独守夜晚情绪低潮的时候细品, 或者在阳光灿烂心情舒缓的午后聆听, 乐队向来自负的主唱Timo Kotipelto那金属般珵亮的歌喉, 极让人充满一种乌云只是眼前的, 阳光正将到来的信心满满的底气. 听着听着, 有种冲动, 把歌词试译如下:

    潦草为之一蹴而就, 并没有讲究韵脚, 不过尽量遵循原著, 还可将就:P, 建议收藏Stratovarius乐队的后期CD, 因为Stratovarius也算是在欧陆金属界小有名气, 所以在北京的黄标唱片市场上还是比较好找的, 比如说去新街口肯定找得到.
